Exams can be stressful and may cause anxiety for many students. This is a normal response to pressure and does not mean you are failing.
To manage anxiety, plan your study time, take regular breaks, and look after your sleep, diet, and physical activity. Simple breathing exercises can help calm nerves, especially before or during exams.
Try to challenge negative thoughts and remember that one exam does not define your worth. If stress feels overwhelming, talking to someone you trust or a school counselor can help. Your mental health is important.
