Frequently Asked Questions

  • What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to meet your therapist, share what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals. It’s a relaxed, non-judgmental space for you to talk and ask questions.
  • What issues can therapy help with?
Therapy can support individuals from all walks or life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and more. It can also promote personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
  • Is therapy confidential?
Yes, your privacy is very important to us. What you share in therapy is kept confidential and protected by law. There are a few rare exceptions where we may be required to break confidentiality for safety reasons, such as if there's a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, but your therapist will explain this clearly and answer any questions you have.
  • How do I choose the right therapist?
We’re happy to help match you with a therapist based on your needs, preferences, and goals. You can also view our therapists’ bios here.
